Full payment is expected at the time services are rendered.  Fees may be paid by cash, personal check (with proper ID), Visa and Mastercard.

If there are any questions regarding fees or payments, you are encouraged to ask the doctor before any service is performed.

Before any treatment or procedure, the doctor will provide a written estimate and discuss the charges. A deposit may be required prior to extensive treatments, with the balance due upon completion of the visit.
